A.K. MAMUKOYA,

Hailing from Kozhikode but brought up at Kannur and played for Brothers Club, Kannur. 

Member of Calicut University Football team which won the All India Inter University Football Championship while studying in SN College, Kannur. 

Captain of Kannur team which won for the first time the Inter District State Championship for Juniors.

 Attended the Junior State Coaching camp but not selected to the team. 

Represented Kannur and Kozhikode Senior teams in the Inter District State Championships. 

Captain of SN College, Kannur which won the Calicut University Inter Collegiate Football Championship. 

Played for Brothers Club, Kannur in 

GV Raja  All India Football Tournament, Thiruvananthapuram,

Lal Bhahadur All India Football Tournament, Kollam,

Chakkola Gold Cup All India Football Tournament, Thrissur, 

David Memorial All India Football Tournament, Madurai 

and SN All India Football Tournament, Kannur.

Turned to refereeing in 1978 as Category 5 referee and promoted to National grade in 1986.

Selected to FIFA in 1990.

Retired from K.S.E.B as Senior Superintendent. 

Worked as Manager and Coach of KSEB Football team for Seven years. During that period, won the State Club Championship, ‘ A ‘  Division District League Championship, Thiruvananthapuram (once)

All India Inter Electricity Board Football Championship (Twice).

Qualified ‘ C ‘ License Coach 

&

attended the ‘ B ‘ License Course.

Residing at Mundayad, Kannur.  Wife and two boys.  One has business at Kannur and the second working in Dubai as an Engineer.
